KAT-Company UG uses a withdrawal period of 14 days.

Subjected to the following:

• Return registered within 14 days;
• After registration, return the item within 14 days;
• The product is in a - if reasonably possible - original and undamaged packaging;
• The product is complete, unused and undamaged;

Exceptions

In addition, some items excluded from returning:

• Custom made parts
• KAT-Company UG cleaning service items

Steps exchange and return

Do you want to return an item? Then we ask that you keep strictly to the following steps in order to make your return as smoothly as possible. Returns can be done by shipping the part or it can be delivered on site. The package should solidly packed to prevent damage during shipping.

1. Let our customer service know (via info@kat-company.com) that you want to send a return item.
2. You will receive a confirmation of your request and the corresponding return number and return address by e-mail.
3. Upon receipt of your shipment, KAT-Company UG sends a confirmation by e-mail.
4. We will exchange the product (if available) or refund the purchase price (including shipping) within 10 days, depending on your desire.

Note: Before shipping or delivering your return part it is important that you have contacted our customer service.

Costs

The shipping costs for returning are always paid by the sender, with the exception of faulty products and products that are returned for warranty.

When a return is undamaged and properly packaged, there will be no extra charge.
